TCS Return Policy
7 Day TCS Return Policy
If an item is eligible for return, the restocking fee will be
deducted from the amount paid. The remaining balance
will be returned in the form of a gift card for instore credit
only.
The following items are not eligible, and will NOT be
accepted for returns.
: media (CDR, DVDR, floppy, tapes)
: consumable items, canned air, ink, toner.
: any items installed in a work order, or custom ordered items.
: custom built computers
: new CPUs, new heatsinks & fans, thermal paste
If an item is eligible to be returned, you have 7 calander
days including the day it was purchased to return the item.
For example: If you purchase the item on the 1st, it must
be returned before the 8th.
: labor charges
: 15% restocking fee for components eligible to be returned.
: $70 restocking fee for all used systems eligible to be returned.
: new hard drives
: any software
: laptop components other than power adapters and bags
: batteries
: all items sold "AS-IS"
A return will not be accepted if the item is not returned
complete including original packaging and documentation.
A return will not be accepted if the item or materials are
altered in an manor including packing and documentation.
A return will not be accepted if the item shows any signs of
physical damage.
