30 day limited warranty on used components and systems.
Replacement of a component due to a failure caused by a manufactures defect is covered by the TCS limited warranty.
If you paid for labor to have that component installed by The Computer Store, the labor to replace the component is included.
Inability to setup, configure, or operate a system or component is not a warranty issue, and is not covered.
Dissaisfaction with product limitation or incompatibilities with other products is not a warranty issue and is not covered.
Software corruption is not a manufactures defect and is not covered.
Failure due to abuse, misuse, or external variables is not a manufactures defect and is not covered.
Damage caused to other products by a failure of a product bought from The Computer Store is not covered.
Loss of data do to the failure of a product bought from The Computer Store is not covered.
The labor to service a component that is brought back to The Computer Store installed in a system that was not installed by The Computer Store will not included.
You must have your original receipt to receive a warranty.
You must physically bring the component or system into The Computer Store within the time period of your warranty.
You must bring the component back with all the orginal packaging, accessories and documentation.
Limited Warranty Claim Requirements.
You must behave youself. If you are verbally or physically abusive or threatening toward The Computer Store, Staff or customers in any way, all your warranties will become immediately VOID.
(1) If you meet the warranty claim requirements, you must fill out a warranty verification form and check in the component or system at The Computer Store.
(2) It may be possible to test a component immediately, but most of the time we will need a couple of days to complete the warranty verification tests.
(3) Components will be tested independantly in our "clean setup". All tests on a new or used system are done independant of your operation system.
(4) Once the warranty verification tests are completed you will be notified of the results.
(5) If the components pass the tests they will not be replaced. If the components fail the tests they will be returned to the manufacture. Once we get the replacement, we will give you the replacement.
